Mexican Corn Bread * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. milk
    1 to 3 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/4 c. oil for skillet
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, salt and eggs. Put soda into milk and beat into meal mixture.
    Mix in peppers, half of cheese and corn. Put oil in skillet, and pour in batter.
    Put remaining cheese on top.
    Bake in hot oven.
