Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/2-inch thick) fish steaks or fillets
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and freshly ground pepper
    4 tsp. freshly grated orange peels
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a shallow baking dish large enough to hold fish in a single layer.
    Season fish with salt and pepper.
    Arrange in prepared dish.
    Sprinkle with orange peel and basil, then dot with butter.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes, basting occasionally with pan juices spooned over.
    Makes 4 servings.
