E-Z Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    minced onion to taste
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add cream cheese and beat.
    Add egg and milk.
    Beat. Add onion and seasoning.
    Place in casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Can be prepared the day before and baked the next day.
