Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1 stick melted margarine
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix together the first five ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Pie will not be firm when cooked, but will firm up.
Makes 8 servings.
