Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat all together in blender. Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a pie pan.
    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
