Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    coarse ground pepper or peppercorns as desired
    3 Tbsp. Morton quick-cure salt
    1 c. water
    3 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Make into log rolls; roll in foil. Refrigerate 24 to 36 hours.
    Pierce foil with an ice pick; back on rack for 3 hours at 250\u00b0.
