Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Scrub and bake sweet potatoes until soft.
    Peel and cut in 1/4-inch slices.
    Place slices in bottom of shallow casserole. Cut margarine in small pieces and spread over top of potatoes. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
    Sprinkle sugar evenly over potatoes. Add water.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
