Saucy Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower (2 lb.)
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    3/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower into flowerets.
    Steam over simmering water for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
    Simmer for 10 minutes. Place cauliflower on serving plater.
    Spoon tomato sauce over the top.
    Serve with broiled lamb chops, baked potatoes and lemon souffle for dessert.
