Nappa Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced and drained
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Shred cabbage; place in ice water for 45 minutes; drain.
    Add water chestnuts, mushrooms and onion.
    Then mix soy sauce and mayonnaise.
    Pour over cabbage mixture, then add chow mein noodles. Toss and serve.
