Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    5 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. vegetable shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix together, let stand.
    Sift dry ingredients in bowl. Cut shortening into dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk and yeast mixture to dry ingredients.
    Do not let rise. Roll out biscuits immediately or store in refrigerator.
