Veal And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless veal
    1 onion
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place finely cut onion in cooking oil, frying until light brown.
    Stir in paprika.
    Cut meat in small pieces and put in skillet; sprinkle with salt.
    Cover and let steam, using low setting on stove.
    A little water may be added to keep from sticking.
    Let cook until tender.
    Take sour cream and 1/2 pint of water and flour; mix well with eggbeater.
    When meat is tender, pour in the mixture.
    Let it come to a boil.
    Good served with mashed potatoes.
