Cheese Crackers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
5 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and chill several hours or overnight. Roll thin and cut with small cookie cutter for round crackers or use a pizza cutter and cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
Prick the center of each one before baking.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in center of oven at 325\u00b0 for about 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove to rack or paper towels to cool.
