Sweet And Sour Spareribs(Serving Size: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. spareribs, cut in 2-inch lengths
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
    1/4 c. rice wine
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 slices fresh ginger root, minced
Preparation
    Combine last 7 ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Add ribs; cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
    Drain marinade from ribs and discard.
    Bake ribs at 375\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour.
