Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. pizza sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    pepperoni
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    grated Mozzarella cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) tube crescent rolls
Preparation
    Brown beef; season with salt and pepper. Add onion. Drain. Add pizza sauce. Place in 9 x 12 pan. Spread evenly. Arrange pepperoni, mushrooms and green pepper on top of beef mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add sour cream and Mozzarella cheese. Unroll crescent rolls and lay on top of cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 until browned.
