1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 c. mushroom or celery soup (dilute with 1/2 c. milk)
Preparation

Layer veggies; cover with soup.
Bake, covered, 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
Uncover; finish baking until done.
