Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients, except the poppy seed, in a bowl. Beat with a mixer for 4 minutes.
    Add poppy seed and stir in with a spoon.
    Spray bread pans with Pam.
    Pour batter into 2 regular or 4 small bread pans.
    Do not fill more than halfway (you will have a little left over).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
