Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    1/2 stick butter
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 tomato
    3/4 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    1 can beef consomme soup
Preparation
    Brown
    pork chops (salt, pepper and flour first) in 1/2 stick of
    butter.
    Grease
    the casserole dish
    with
    butter. Sprinkle garlic salt in butter.
    Now lay pork
    chops
    in dish. Put
    a slice of onion, bell pepper and tomato
    on
    each
    pork chop. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of rice around dish, then add a can of beef consomme soup and 1 can of water and then
    cover and cook at 300\u00b0 for an hour.
    Uncover dish 10 minutes
    before
    done so moisture will cook down.
