Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fettucini noodles
    Parmesan cheese
    Romano cheese
    butter
    salt and pepper
    ground nutmeg
    whipping cream (not whipped cream)
Preparation
    Cook amount of noodles desired in water with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt until chewy, but tender.
    Drain. Do not rinse off.
