Cauliflower Or Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 onion
    2 or 3 stalks celery
    1/2 c. flour
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    8 oz. grated cheese
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower.
    Mash 1/3.
    Chop rest of cauliflower.
    Cook chopped onion and chopped celery in 1/4 cup butter.
    Add flour and cook briefly.
    Add chicken broth, water and bouillon; cook until thickened.
    Add cauliflower, grated cheese and milk.
    Heat through and serve.
