Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 lb. sausage
    1 doz. boiled eggs
    cracker or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wrap sausage around hard-boiled eggs, covering completely. Coat with beaten eggs and roll in crumbs.
    Deep fry in oil for 8 minutes or until sausage is done.
