1 box graham crackers
1 pkg. sugar-free lemon gelatin (4 oz.)
2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese
2 c. thawed light Cool Whip
1 c. lite cherry pie filling
Preparation

Spray 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of cracker crumbs.
Reserve rest.
