Sara'S Favorite Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
    1/4 c. Durkee red hot sauce
    1/2 c. plain, no-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Split wings at joint and discard tips.
    In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients.
    Add chicken wings, turn to coat.
    Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours, in the refrigerator. Place on a baking pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
