Reuben Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. caraway rye bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c. creamy Russian dressing
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, onion and seasonings.
    Work mixture with hands until blended.
    On a sheet of waxed paper, shape mixture into a 6 x 14-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle with chopped sauerkraut and grated cheese, leaving a 1-inch border around all edges.
    Starting with narrow end, roll mixture jelly roll fashion.
    Seal edges.
    Place in a shallow baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
