Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    Handful of Fritos
    Grated cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet brown meat, peppers and onions. Drain.
    Reduce heat and add rice and tomatoes.
    Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Pour in casserole dish and add Fritos and top with grated cheese.
