Mina'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 to 6 medium sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. canned evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Wash thoroughly, peel and boil potatoes.
Mash when done.
Add sugar and eggs and beat well.
Add rest of ingredients and beat again.
Pour in uncooked 9-inch pie shell.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
