Turkey Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oat bran cereal
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel (optional)
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 lb. fresh turkey cutlets
    1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly spray rack of foil-lined pan with vegetable oil cooking spray or oil lightly.
    In shallow dish, combine uncooked oat bran, parsley, orange peel and sage; mix well.
