Purple Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    12 oz. jar Smuckers blackberry jam
    2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a small amount of cooking oil. Mix blackberry jam and mustard. Spoon jam and mustard mixture over chops. Cover and cook over low heat for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Spoon sauce over chops and serve. The sauce is also good over rice or mashed potatoes.
