Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. condensed milk
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and melted butter.
    Add flour and meal; cream again, then add egg yolks, then vinegar, milk and flavoring.
    Beat with mixer.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake until mixture thickens or about 30 minutes.
