Baked Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Wash and separate flowerets on cauliflower.
    Trim away any woody part of stem; simmer in salted water about 15 minutes. Drain.
    Mix soup, cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder.
    Place cauliflower in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour sauce over the top.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and then drizzle on melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
