Mock Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen haddock
    1 qt. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    DO NOT THAW HADDOCK!!
    Cut in half, put frozen fish in 1 qt. water, with sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
    Drain fish well, then sprinkle with paprika and broil for 3 minutes.
    Dip in butter and serve.
