Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. white wine
    1/8 c. lemon juice
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    oil
    parsley
    pepper
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in a small amount of oil in a large stew pot. Add rest of ingredients.
    Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
    Do not add any more liquid.
    Great over rice or noodles.
