Low-Fat Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. Weight Watchers oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pam spray an 8-inch square pan.
    Melt oleo; add sugar.
    Remove from heat when blended.
    Stir in cocoa and vanilla.
    Add Egg Beaters.
    Stir in flour and nuts.
    Bake 25 minutes or until edge pulls away from sides.
    Do not overbake. Cool.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
    Cut into squares.
    Yields 9 to 12 squares.
