Ingredients

3/4 c. cooked white rice
3 large eggs, beaten
2 c. whole milk
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
ground cinnamon
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients, except cinnamon, in a large bowl until blended.
Pour into an oblong baking dish. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
