Cajun Stuffed Egg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boiled eggs
    chopped up ham
    mustard
    mayonnaise
    hot sauce
Preparation
    Peel eggs.
    Slice in half.
    Remove egg yolks. Set aside whites.
    Mix ham, egg yolks, mustard and mayonnaise.
    Mix together until well mixed.
    Add as much hot sauce as can be tolerated. Spoon into egg whites.
    Serve on a platter with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
