Cranberry-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes and softened
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (9-inch) vanilla wafer crust, chilled
whipped cream
Preparation

Put milk, lemon juice, vanilla and cheese in the blender container; blend until mixture is smooth.
Set aside a few whole cranberries from sauce.
Fold remaining sauce into cheese mixture. Spoon into crust.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with the reserved cranberries.
