Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped broccoli
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 sleeve or tube Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli.
While hot, add cubed Velveeta cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Crush crackers and pour on top of broccoli and cheese mixture.
Pur melted butter over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until brown.
Use a 7 x 11-inch glass dish.
Serves 6 to 8.
