Crock Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. each: dry mustard and garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. brandy, Port or sherry, beer and Kirsch
Preparation
    Mix together and form a ball; keep in small crock jar.
