Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. wine (optional; can use broth)
    1/2 c. water
    1 small pkg. baby carrots
    1 1/2 c. small potato, halved
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients in covered casserole dish. Bake for 2 hours. Add carrots and potatoes. Bake for additional hour. Serve from pot.
