Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a mixer, combine the butter and shortening and beat on low speed until well mixed.
Add the sugar gradually and beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, milk, orange juice and vanilla.
Add the flour and baking powder.
Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and fifteen minutes.
