Stuffed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large acorn squash
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
    Place cut side down in a baking dish in 1/2 inch of water.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until tender, about 30 minutes.
