Luscious Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. milk
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Mixture will be very thick.
    Cover and cool.
    Fold in sour cream. Pour into pie shell; chill at least 2 hours before serving.
    Top with whipped cream.
