Vinaigrette(Potato Salad With Beets) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cooked potatoes
    1 cooked beet
    1 cooked carrot
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 cucumber
    1 c. pickled cabbage
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dice the potatoes, beet and carrot.
    Slice the cucumber and chop the pickled cabbage.
    Add chopped onion.
    Make a dressing with the rest of the ingredients and pour over the salad.
    Mix well. Garnish with slices of hard-boiled eggs or diced, cooked ham to make a complete one-dish meal.
