Lemon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken fryer (2 to 3 lb.), cut up, skin and fat removed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 40 minutes.
Uncover and cook an additional 20 minutes or until brown.
This dish may be prepared ahead and frozen.
