Toffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream butter, vanilla and brown sugar.
    Blend into cream mixture the flour and salt, then mix in chocolate chips and nuts. Press into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes until light brown; cut while warm. Cool before removing from pan.
