Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 to 4 soup cans milk
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 (8 oz.) Mexican Velveeta cheese, diced
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Saute onion in a 5-quart pot.
Add soups and milk and heat on medium.
Do not boil.
Add broccoli and continue cooking on medium about 10 minutes.
Add Velveeta cheese and heat until melted. Season to taste.
Stir often to avoid bottom from scorching. Makes 6 servings.
