Glazed Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (undrained)
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. maraschino cherries, drained
3 large bananas, sliced
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 3/4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Reserve 1 cup juice.
Combine pineapple, remaining fruit and pecans in large bowl.
Toss gently.
Combine pudding and the reserved pineapple juice in mixing bowl.
Beat on high speed for 1 minute.
Pour pudding mixture over fruit and pecans and mix gently.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
