Orange Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. orange juice
1 grated orange rind
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
Preparation

Mix together sugar, flour, salt, orange rind, lemon juice and orange juice.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Add slowly, beaten egg yolks and butter.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Cover with meringue from the 3 egg whites and brown in oven.
