Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. pitted dates
Preparation
    Mix well the sugar, oil and eggs, then add other ingredients. Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee tins.
    Fill each can 1/2 full and bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Let cool before removing from can.
