Meat-Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cut fresh corn (3 or 4 ears)
Preparation
    Remove top and seeds from green peppers; parboil 5 minutes; drain.
    Halve peppers.
    Brown onion and meat; add tomatoes, corn and seasonings.
    Heat through.
    Place peppers in 9 x 13-inch pan and stuff and top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
