Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
2 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers (optional)
salt, pepper and garlic powder
3 lb. ground beef
1 onion
Preparation

Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Chop up onions and peppers.
Add to meat.
Roll meat into quarter-sized balls.
Roll in flour.
Shake excess flour.
Add enough grease to a pan to cover meatballs.
Let meatballs brown.
Drain them on paper towel.
Cook egg noodles.
Drain.
